Chandigarh, March 22 -- Haryana's former Chief Minister and the Leader of Opposition in Vidhan Sabha Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Thursday demanded that the BJP-led State Government should start purchasing the mustard crop and clear the outstanding compensation of farmers. Hooda said that the arrival of the crop has started in the marketing yards, but the government is talking about starting the procurement on March 26.
