BHOPAL, March 17 -- Before the implementation of model code of conduct for the Lok Sabha elections, foundation laying ceremony of construction works was done at war footing in Bhopal.
Since morning the leaders have been performing stone laying ceremony and inauguration. Here, as soon as the code of conduct is implemented, the district administration will also come into action mode. Poster-flakes of leaders will be taken out.
The code of conduct may come into effect today, Saturday afternoon. Therefore, stone laying ceremony of many construction works has been taking place since morning.
Minister Sarang performed Bhoomi Pujan of CM Rise School. Government Higher Secondary School Govindpura BHEL will become CM Rise School.
