BRAHMAPUR, April 22 -- Biplab Patra, BJD candidate for Digapahandi Assembly Constituency, showed his strength by conducting a mega bike rally in his constituency, projecting his father former Assembly Speaker late Surjya Narayan Patro's clean image and the welfare projects undertaken by him.
On Thursday, he conducted a bike rally and padayatra, visited villages Tamana, Jugudi, Chandanpur, Kanheiput, Medinipur, Singabadi,etc under Sihala block of Kukudakhandi panchayat. He explained the villagers about the welfare projects of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and urged the general public to vote for the BJD.
