India, April 6 -- The just-released Congress manifesto heralds the vision for a new era of governance, promising radical changes to the existing political landscape. Led by party president Mallikarjun Kharge, along with former chiefs Sonia Gandhi and Rahul, the manifesto emphasises the need for a paradigm shift in governance, particularly in light of the BJP's decade-long rule.
