Bhopal, Feb. 4 -- The role of an ASI of Bhopal has been found suspicious regarding his nexus with cow smugglers. His complaint was made to SP Rural Pramod Kumar Sinha regarding the transaction in an 8 months old case.
Now show cause notice has been issued to them asking the reason for not making the vehicle owner an accused within 7 days. In case no response is received, action will be taken. Presently ASI Harishankar Tiwari is posted at Bilkhiriya police station.
According to the information, on May 27, 2023, Harishankar Tiwari, while staying at Berasia police station, had seized a loading vehicle filled with cattle. Whose case 378/23 was registered under Section 11, 12 Animal Cruelty Act, 4, 6 Cow Prohibition Act.
