KENDRAPADA, March 19 -- : As the bigul for the upcoming simultaneous elections 2024 was blown by the ECI, the aspirant candidates have started their field preparations by organising rallies. In the latest development, Arabinda Mohapatra, son of veteran leader Bijay Mohapatra, who is viewed as an arch political rival of BJD supremo and CM Naveen Patnaik, organised a rally from the Dadhibabanjew temple here. The junior Mohapatra had joined the BJD recently.
