Ranchi, Feb. 3 -- After taking over as the Chief Minister of State on Friday Champai Soren and his two Cabinet colleagues Alamgir Alam and Satyanand Bhokta convened the first Cabinet meeting of the new government, in which three decisions were taken. Approval was given to cancel the fourteenth (budget) session of the fifth Jharkhand Legislative Assembly (from February 09, 2024 to February 29, 2024).
The Cabinet decided to convene the fourteenth session of the fifth Jharkhand Legislative Assembly from February 05, 2024 to February 06, 2024. It was also decided to re-appoint former Advocate General, Jharkhand Rajiv Ranjan, to the post of Advocate General, Jharkhand.
