New Delhi, April 8 -- Scores of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) workers and supporters gathered at Jantar Mantar to express their anger against the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister and party convener Arvind in the alleged excise policy linked money laundering case by keeping a 'Samuhik Upwas' or mass fasting in the scorching summer heat.
Many supporters and workers along with senior party leaders kept a fast to show their support to the AAP supremo with photos of revolutionaries including B.R.Ambedkar, Mahatma Gandhi and Bhagat Singh displayed on stage. Gandhi's famous hymn "Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram" along with other patriotic songs were also played by singers with people singing in chorus in their display of love and support to Kejriwal.
