MANILA, May 8 -- Speaker Martin Romualdez said the Filipino people would soon see a "more dynamic, more proactive government" with the signing of the "Alyansa Para sa Bagong Pilipinas" covenant between Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats (Lakas-CMD) and Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP).

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., who is PFP chairman, is the guest of honor and principal speaker during the signing of the alliance accord.
