Bhubaneswar, March 16 -- Security forces on Saturday busted a Maoist camp and recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition from Gunduri reserve forest near Manaska village under Sadar police limits of Kalahandi.

The police were tipped off about the activities of Maoists in Gunduri reserve forest and Jugsaipatna on March 14.

The security forces led by the Kalahandi Superintendent of Police (SP) launched a combing operation in the said areas and swooped down on the camp. Seeing the forces marching towards them, the ultras stepped back and entered into the deep of the forest.
