Imphal, March 11 -- The central and state governments have chalked out a plan on security measures to curve anti-social activities amid returning towards peace and normalcy in this strife state, Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh said.

"Today we are all together facing a hard time, but with the grace of God we are returning towards peace and normalcy," Singh who is constantly in touch with the Central leaders said in a statement issued by the CM secretariat on Monday.

Deployment of State security personnel in the foothills and vulnerable areas is already in place and will be complete soon, he said.

The state forces and commandos are being assisted by the army and para-military forces.
