Guwahati, Feb. 9 -- Allegations of widespread discrimination against non-local students have surfaced at a private medical college in Manipur's Imphal West district, amidst ongoing violence in the state.

According to sources, students from areas outside Manipur's valley region have reported instances of bias and prejudice by college authorities. Speaking on condition of anonymity, some students claimed that those hailing from outside the state or from non-valley regions have been unfairly targeted.
