DIBRUGARH, March 17 -- Former Congress Union minister and ACMS president Paban Singh Ghatowar said Sarbananda Sonowal is a strong leader and after the election, he will get a better ministry in the centre.

While attending, the 133rd Annual General Meeting of the Assam Branch Indian Tea Association(ABITA) on Saturday Ghatowar praised Sarbananda Sonowal and said that Sonowal will get an even better ministry in the cabinet after the formation of the government.

Paban Singh Ghatowar claimed that he "knows" that Sarbananda Sonowal will easily swipe the Dibrugarh Lok Sabha seat and get even a better ministry in the cabinet.
