New Delhi, March 27 -- Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is under arrest for his alleged involvement in the money laundering case related to the Delhi Excise Policy, has issued his second order from jail.

In the second order, Kejriwal has asked Delhi Health Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj to address the shortage of medicines and diagnostic tests at mohalla clinics and hospitals.

Addressing a press conference, Bhardwaj said: " "Even from the ED custody, Delhi CM is worried about the health care of the state.
