New Delhi, April 27 -- Addressing an election rally in Araria, Bihar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi welcomed the verdict of the Supremee Court regarding the 100% cross-verification of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) data with Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) records and the Supreme Court's categorical rejection of going back to the ballot paper system of voting.
