Afghanistan, April 18 -- Turkish Coast Guard recently announced the detention of 40 Afghan refugees by coastal guards on the shores of Ayvalik city.

Turkish media reported on Thursday, April 18th that these refugees, who were on board a boat, have been transferred to the Foreigners' Repatriation Center in Ayvalik after being detained by the Turkish coast guard.

Previously, the Turkish Coast Guard has reported the detention of Afghan citizens on the shores of the country.
