Afghanistan, March 28 -- The Ministry of Interior of the Taliban administration recently announced in a press conference that in the past six months, 949 people have lost their lives due to traffic accidents across the country.

Abdul Matin Qaneh, spokesperson for the Ministry of Interior, stated in a press conference in Kabul on Thursday, March 28th, that 1978 traffic incidents have been recorded in the country over the past six months.

The ministry's spokesperson added that as a result of these traffic incidents across the country, 949 individuals lost their lives.
