Afghanistan, May 4 -- Local officials in Faryab province say that as a result of a traffic accident in the city of Maimana, the capital of this province, four individual lost their lives.

The Traffic Department in Faryab province said in a statement that this incident occurred on Friday, May 3rd, in the "Katakom" area of Maimana city.

This department stated that the cause of the traffic accident was the deviation of a "Folder" type motorcycle from the road.

According to the statement on the cause of this incident, the driver's recklessness has been cited.
