Afghanistan, April 28 -- Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia says recognizing the Taliban as a comprehensive government depends on it including representatives of all "ethnicities, religions, and political currents of Afghanistan."

According to Russian media reports, Mikhail Galuzin, who travelled to Uzbekistan on Friday, stated that Moscow maintains its working relationship with the Taliban.
