Afghanistan, April 20 -- In the past two days, a total of 837 Afghan refugees were compelled to return to their homeland via the Torkham and Spin Boldak crossings, as confirmed by officials on Saturday.

The Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation disclosed that among them, 90 families, amounting to 468 individuals, came back through the Torkham crossing. Similarly, 67 families, totaling 369 individuals, returned through the Spin Boldak crossing.

These returning families have been connected with international organizations to receive necessary assistance, and the administration has extended financial support by providing 10,000 Afghanis to each family affected by this forced repatriation.
