28,000 Foreign Nationals enter and exit Afghanistan in past year: National Statistics Authority
Afghanistan, May 1 -- The Afghanistan National Statistics and Information Authority have announced that the entry and exit of 27,914 foreign citizens through the country's gateways and airports have been registered over the past year.
The National Statistics and Information Authority stated in today's newsletter, Wednesday, May 1st, that during the past year, 15,153 individuals, including 675 females, entered the country, and 12,761 individuals, including 495 females, exited.
According to the recorded figures of this authority, the highest entry and exit of foreign nationals have occurred through the Nimroz province gateway, Herat's gateways and airports, the Torkham gateway, the Hairatan gateway, and Kabul International Airport.
