Jammu, April 16 -- Pained to see parents struggling in getting text books for their wards, former Law minister Syed Basharat Bukhari has wondered how the government could announce a change of text books without the availability of the same in the market.

In a strongly worded statement, the former minister expressed his anger over - what he called- " flawed decisions and policy paralysis" in the Education sector and said , people at the helm of affairs seem to have lost their way and wit which has the potential of affecting the future of the new generation Students.
