JAMMU, May 1 -- Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, today reviewed progress on providing Functional Household Tap Connections (FHTCs) to the beneficiaries under Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) across the districts of J&K.
The meeting was attended by the Additional Chief Secretary, Jal Shakti Department, Mission Director, JJM, Chief Engineers of Jal Shakti Jammu/Kashmir besides other senior officers of the department.
The Chief Secretary enquired about the status of Panchayats fully covered under the mission and households certified as 'Nal se Jal' during the 3rd party evaluation. He took stock of work progress on different schemes and asked for completion within the given deadline of June 2024.
