Hyderabad, April 15 -- GHMC Commissioner Ronald Ross has urged residents of GHMC to take advantage of the early bird scheme for property tax payments. Ross emphasized that until April 30, a 5 per cent discount is available for those who pay their property taxes under this scheme.
The early bird scheme has been introduced for the fiscal year 2024-25 to facilitate timely property tax payments. Property owners who settle their tax dues by April 30 of the current fiscal year are eligible for a 5% rebate on the total tax amount.
