NEW DELHI, April 13 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:

1. Case taken up. Learned Counsel for both side are present in this bunch of cases.

2. Learned Counsel for Respondent mentioned that the relief claimed, as a final decree, has been there, because of an Audit Report, on record. Whatever, result of Audit Report is there, demand, if any, is to be raised, then contested. Hence, nothing remains for adjudication of these Petitions. They ought to be not pressed.
