NEW DELHI, April 18 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:
1. Case taken up. Learned Counsel for Petitioner as well as Respondent are present.
2. Time is being requested, for filing reply and Vakalatnama. This has been vehemently opposed. The order sheet reveals that there was sufficient service as well as imposition of cost. But reply was not filed and when again Police recourse was taken, then appearance is there, with above prayer.
3. Considering those facts and circumstances and opportunity to file reply, along with Vakaltnama afresh, is being given subject to payment of cost 10,000/-. Let it be filed, within four weeks.
4. List the matter on 30.05.2024 "for further directions".
