TELECOM DISPUTES SETTLEMENT AND APPELLATE TRIBUNAL ISSUES ORDER ON SITI NETWORK V/S MAYRA CABLE NETWORK AND ANR

NEW DELHI, April 13 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:

Ms. Swasti Misra, Advocate appears for Petitioner and states that her Evidence Affidavit is on record. She further states that the matter is proceeding ex-parte against R1 and that Liquidation Proceedings are going on against R2 before Hon'ble NCLT Mumbai, Bench.

Let status of Insolvency Proceedings against R2 be filed by the Petitioner before next date of listing of the matter. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order at the given address of IRP and the Concerned Advocate.
