NEW DELHI, April 18 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:

1. Case taken up. Learned Counsel for Appellant as well as Respondent No. 1/ complainant are present.

2. Ms. Kavya Singh, saying herself to be Counsel for Respondent No. 4, mentioned that Respondent No. 4, is under moratorium. The instruction is to place this fact before this Tribunal. Though, this had previously being placed and mentioned on record. Let Vakalatnama afresh, by authorized person, who is to represent Respondent No. 4, is to be filed, within two weeks.
