NEW DELHI, April 18 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:

1. Case taken up. Learned Counsel for Petitioner is connected.

2. Sufficient service of notice with regard to date, but deliberate avoidance by Respondent, is being said to be there, by Counsel for Petitioner.

3. An affidavit to this effect is to be filed, for which time is being claimed. Let such affidavit, be got filed, within three weeks.

4. List the matter on 08.07.2024 "for further directions".
