NEW DELHI, April 13 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:
This matter was listed today for cross-examination of Respondents' witness. Mr. Devanshu Yadav, Advocate for Respondents seeks adjournment stating that witness is not well and therefore he could not come.
Mr. Vaibhav Srivastava, Learned Counsel for Petitioner objects and states that adjournments have been sought by the opposite side on a number of occasions.
List for Evidence on 22.03.2024. It is stated that no further adjournment shall be given. Any adjournment prayer shall be subjected to appropriate cost.
