NEW DELHI, April 18 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:

Ms. Akshra, Advocate appearing for Mr. Tushar Singh, Advocate for Petitioner states that she has not been getting any instructions from the Petitioner. She seeks discharge in this matter. She may do so as per established procedure. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order at the given address of Petitioner in addition to the Counsel for the two sides. Learned Counsel for Petitioner undertakes to supply a copy of this order to the Petitioner by electronic means.
