PATNA, India, May 9 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on April 9:
The petitioners have assailed the order of the CAT dated 9th December, 2023 passed in O.A No. 050/00041 of 2017. Grievance of the petitioners are in respect of questioning their discontinuation from the post of substitute Night Patrol Man in Danapur and Mughalsarai division and further sought for regularization.
2. Grievance of the petitioners has been rejected by the CAT hence, the present writ petition.
