India, May 7 -- Central Information Commission issued text of the following decision on April 8:
Information sought and background of the case:
The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 11.10.2022 seeking information on following points:-
1.0 Tracking details required, while crossing Udaipur Toll Plaza of the vehicle/truck No. RJ 52 GA 2740. 2.0 Gross Weight of the Vehicle with Raw Material, at Udaipur Toll Plaza.
The General Manager (Tech.)Cum Project Director, NHAI, Udaipur vide letter dated 01.11.2022 replied as under:
"Point No. 1 & 2:- The desired tracking details/movement details of said vehicles are very old, so that the information/data is not available in the toll plaza system as per Contract/Concession Agreement."
