The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 06-07-2022 seeking the following information:
"1) How much salary is received by Krishna Kumar Ram, Safaiwala in the month of June, 2022?
2) Copy of Salary Slip/Certificate for the month of June, 2022 received by Krishna Kumar Ram, Safaiwala?"
The CPIO furnished a reply to the Appellant on 14-07-2022 stating as under: "The information sought by you regarding salary slip in r/o Mr Krishna Kumar Ram, Safaiwala is personal information.
