CENTRAL INFORMATION COMMISSION ISSUES DECISION ON RADHA RAMNA TRIPATHY V/S CPIO

India, April 27 -- Central Information Commission issued text of the following decision on March 27:

(1) CIC/CCAPT/C/2023/614459 The Complainant filed an RTI application dated 15.07.2019 seeking the following information: "Kindly provide me the following information under RTI Act,2005. 1. Total Arrear Tax demand outstanding as on 01-06-2019. 2. Total Tax collected out of Sl.1 above during the month of June,2019. 3. The fee is being paid through net banking."

CPIO replied to the Complainant on 14.03.2024, by stating as under:
