CENTRAL INFORMATION COMMISSION ISSUES DECISION ON JAMIL AHMAD KHAN V/S CPIO: STATE BANK OF INDIA BHOPAL

1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 14.01.2022 seeking information stated as under:

"My mother had submitted an application for revised pension and single name conversation with nomination DA 1 attached to SBI branch Timrani for further disposal to Govind Pura Bhopal SBI pension cell, which has given to SBI branch Harda for final settlement case after death of my mother, but SBI branch Harda not satisfied, they need your end copy pl so kindly provide this letter urgently, so my final settlement case may be done."
