India, April 5 -- A top Indian official recently said Indias relationship with Bangladesh remains strong and vibrant, giving a strong message to the countrys key opposition Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) over its BoycottIndia campaign.

While addressing a press briefing on Thursday, the MEA spokesperson said that both countries have a comprehensive partnership, spanning various sectors, reported ANI.

I would like to say that India-Bangladesh relations are very strong, Randhir Jaiswal was quoted as saying by the newspaper.

BNP recently started the BoycottIndia campaign in Bangladesh which prompted a section of people to boycott Indian goods.
