Manipur, May 4 -- Shiv Sena Manipur Pradesh, pointing out the detrimental effect of the year-long conflict on the people of the State, on Friday questioned the Centre and state government on how long the war will continue.

A release jointly issued by Shiv Sena Manipur Pradesh president M Tombi Singh and general secretaryH Premkumardeclared May 3 as 'Black Day', stating that it will be remembered as a black day in the history of Manipur, in commemoration of the lives lost during the conflict.

Around 50,000people displaced by the crisis have been under rehabilitation for exactly a year, whilethe crisis continues with no end in sight, they stated.
