SRINAGAR, Feb. 15 -- Kashmir Centre for Social and Development Studies (KCSDS) has strongly reacted against Governor Satya Pal Malik's "yet another fascist and communally motivated decision to grant three per cent reservation to the residents on working boundary in the state."

The civil society group called upon the "President of India as well as GOI to replace the Governor Satya Pal Malik instantly as his continued presence in office is a sure recipe to set the state on fire by promoting regional disharmony, communal strife and ethnic ill will," according to a statement.

"An emergency meeting of KCSDS was held to discuss the latest misadventure of the gubernatorial administration affording 3% reservation to the residents of working bound...
