U.S., Feb. 18 -- A US$790mn deal bringing together Deutsche Post DHL Group (DPDHL Group) and SF Holding has been completed, creating a 10-year strategic partnership designed to grow supply chain operations in China.
Under the terms of the deal, DPDHL Group will transfer its supply chain operations in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau to SF Holding. SF will inherit the supply chain business and will operate under a co-branded business called - SF DHL Supply Chain China.
