MYSURU, Feb. 15 -- A day after the incident, Hassan Police on Thursday arrested eight persons for the attack on Hassan BJP MLA Preetham Gowda's Residence here, in which one person sustained injuries.
All the arrested are JD(S) workers and leaders. The arrested have been identified as Hassan ZP member Swaroop, Hassan CMC members Prashanth and Girish, former member Bhanuprakash, former CMC President Anil Kumar, and party leaders Kamal Kumar, Jagadish and Chandru Katihalli.
