NEW DELHI, Feb. 18 -- A 22 year-old, former 'Mr Uttrakhand' in a dance competition, who was planning to form a gang in National Capital, was arrested by Delhi Police on Sunday. Police have also recovered one country made pistol with two live cartridges from the possession of the accused.
The accused has been identified as Adnan alias Aadi who hails from Uttrakhand and was presently residing in Delhi's Uttam Nagar area. According to Anto Alphonse, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Dwarka district, on February 16, while patrolling in the area, one suspect was seen standing near A Block corner.
