India, Feb. 16 -- A day after it was flagged off by PM Narendra Modi, India's fastest train Vande Bharat Express (Train 18) broke down on Saturday. The brakes jammed in one of the coaches and electricity went off in several others. According to engineers on the train, the snag is "unfixable" at the moment and the train cannot cross speeds of 40 kmph.
