MASERU, Feb. 19 -- Both primary and high schools children around Maseru city were helplessly roaming the streets yesterday morning.

Schools' management and principals had sent them back home, paving way for the purported yearlong teachers' strike. Some were told verbally while others parents were written letters. Perhaps following divisions evident in authorities or indirectly following the divided structure evident in the All Basotho Convention (ABC), while some students were warned of schools reopening on March 08th, other groups were sent indefinitely but advised to listen to local radio announcement for any developments.
