Manipur, Feb. 15 -- Forest and environment minister Thounaojam Shyamkumar has extended his greetings for Lui-Ngai-Ni 2019 festival, the seed-sowing festival of the Naga community. In his message he prayed that this festival usher peace, love and greater bonding among the different communities of the state.

Lui-Ngai-Ni festival is celebrated with rich cultural heritage, where the blessings of the supreme deity are besought on the seeds sown so that they grow to bear fruits for a bountiful harvest.
