IMPHAL, Feb. 19 -- MLA, Sagolband assembly constituency, RK Imo Singh on yesterday expressed concern over the losing of play grounds in various localities of the constituency.
While addressing a gathering during the foundation stone laying function of the site for construction of the club building of Kurao Makhong United Club located at Sagolband assembly constituency, MLA Imo further said that many of the play grounds at various localities in the assembly constituency have been gradually converted to community halls.
