RANCHI, Jan. 12 -- A local court here fixed February 4 as the date for framing of charges against suspected Al Qaeda in Indian Subcontinent (AQIS) terrorist Abdul Sami on Friday, while also ruling that the hearing in the case would henceforth be held through video conferencing from Tihar Jail in Delhi, where Sami is currently lodged.

The suspect was produced in the court of additional district judge-9 Shesh Nath Singh on Friday after Delhi Police brought him from Tihar.
