RANCHI, Jan. 10 -- The Congress has hit out at the Raghubar Das government, saying that the Global Skill Summit on Thursday is another attempt by the BJP government to fool the people on employment generation.

"The Jharkhand government has spent crores of public money in the name of skill development. But the state's youth could neither gain skills nor get jobs. At a similar summit last year, the government claimed to have given appointment letters to 26,000 young people, but most of them did not take those jobs as they were offered jobs in far-off cities at a meagre salary.
