PATNA, Jan. 8 -- Leaders and activists of the grand alliance (GA), comprising RJD, Congress, RLSP, HAM and LJD, have decided to torch the effigy of chief minister Nitish Kumar at the district headquarters across the state on Thursday to protest his remarks on GA.

Opposition leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on Monday lashed out at Kumar for branding the grand alliance (GA) as group of 'people on road' and sought an apology from him for the 'outrageous comment'.
