ARA, Jan. 10 -- The Akhil Bhartiya Jan Sangh will contest 100 seats in India in the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections, including 10 in Bihar, the outfit's national president Acharya Bharat Bhushan Pandey said here on Wednesday.

Pandey said his party would contest from Ara, Karakat, Buxar, Chapra, Patliputra, Bhagalpur, Katihar and three other parliamentary constituencies in Bihar, and from places in UP, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Jammu and in some other states. The party would contest in at least 20 seats in UP and all seven seats in Delhi, Pandey said.

In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, the party fielded candidates from Ara and Karakat in Bihar, Koderma in Jharkhand and Latur in Maharashtra. In total, it polled...
